The Front Cover displays the immobilization of cytochrome P450 BM3 on metals mediated by a binding peptide, which enables the energization of the enzyme with electric potential to facilitate electrocatalysis on different substrates. In their Full Paper, S. Zernia et al. demonstrate that a recombinant fusion of an indium tin oxide binding peptide and the multi-domain class VIII cytochrome P450 BM3 allows for a direct electron supply. Furthermore, it was shown that this approach is also feasible for pharmaceutical application. More information can be found in the Full Paper by S. Zernia et al. on page 525 in Issue 3, 2018 (DOI: 10.1002/cctc.201701810).
