摘要

Abstract: Acyloins are prepared in high yields via reaction between Grignard reagents and g- trimethylsilyl ethers of aldehydecyanohydrins: the method is particularly useful for the preparation of discrete acyloins in which the substituents are unsymmetrically disposed about the c-hydroxyketone moiety.
