摘要

The antiinflammatory and analgesic activities of the compounds obtained in this study were initially measured using the carrageenan paw edema and the phenylquinone writhing assays, respectively (see the Experimental Section). Median effective doses (EDm) were determined for the compounds that showed activity at 80 mg/kg for the former and at 100 mg/kg for the latter.
