摘要

1975, 53, 581. methylformamide was treated with a solution of 6.30 g (97 mmol) of potassium cyanide and 4.50 g (85 mmol) of ammonium chloride in 130 mL of water and the mixture stirred at 100 OC for 5 h. It then was concentrated to a syrup under vacuum at 60 OC, diluted with 100 mL of water, and extracted exhaustively with ether. The extract as dried (MgS04) and evaporated.
