摘要

(0.075 g) in methanol (2 mL) and 1 N KOH (5 mL), dimethyl sulfate (0.7 mL) was added dropwise. The mixture was stirred for 4 h at room temperature and left overnight. The separated solid was collected by filtration and dried to yield 0.0555 g (69.4%) of the methylated product 17. Recrystallization from methanol-chloroform-ether yielded a semisolid: NMR (CDC13) 6 0.70 (3 H, CCH3), 3.84 (3 H, OCH3), 6.83 and 7.05 (2 H, ArH); ...
