摘要

Abstract A general synthetic strategy was designed for the preparation of 7-substituted-4- methoxy-and 4-hydroxyspiro [benzofuran-2 (3H)-cyclohexanes] 5 and 6 (Figure 1) using successive, regioselective hetero-atom-facilitated aromatic lithiation reactions and subsequent reaction with various electrophiles.
