摘要

Abstract A four-step synthesis of 3a-aryloctahydroindol-4-ones (1) in which the key step is the ozonolysis of 2-allyl-2-(o-nitrophenyl)-1, 3-cyclohexanedione (5) followed by reductive aminocyclization was been accomplished. An asymmetric synthesis of the bicyclic system 1 from chiral amines is achieved by means of this procedure.
