摘要

(Ia) produces agents having enhanced tranquilizing and antiemetic activities. 2 In the course of our studies on the chemistry and pharmacology of 2-substituted phenothiazines3 related to Ia, we synthesized derivatives Ib-d, I1 and several compounds derived from 2- acetylphenothiazine listed in Table I.
