摘要

The praeitally unknown-1-S€ COIlClBl'_V allylarnines 1 have been synthesised in good to very good yields by reaction of allylaminonitriles 7 with Grignard reagents. The reaction is regio-and stereoselective and can also be run with x-amiuoriitriles 9 and vinyl Grignard reagents. at-Primary allylamines l (R"= H) can be deprotonated to give l-aminoallylanions 3 which react with electrophiles to yield enarnines 42" 5 regioseleetively.
