摘要

In a study of the reaction of 3-fervenulone with indoie, it Was found that on heating the reactants in boiling butanol, 2, 3, 4, 4a, 5, 6, 7, 8-octahydro-4a-(3-indolyl)-6, 8- dimethylpyrimido [5, 4-e][l, 2, 4] triazine-3, 5, 7-trione (II) is formed. When catalyzed by acids, this reaction takes place in ethanol at ambient temperatures. The structure of (II) was confirmed by direct synthesis from the known 2, 3, 4, 4a, 5, 6, 7, 8-octahydro-4-hydroxy-Aa ...
