摘要

Dialkyl 2-oxoalkanephosphonates (5; R*= O-alkyl) and diphenyl-2-oxoalkylphosphine oxides (5; R*= C, H,) are useful intermediates for the synthesis of x f-unsaturated ketones via the Wittig-Horner reaction". They have also been used successfully in the liquid-liquid extraction of metals".
