摘要

The preparation of an extensive series of 1-alkyl and dialkylaminoalkylaminothiaxanthones was undertaken as part of a study on the chemotherapy of schistosomiasis. The compounds were prepared by condensing a I-chlorothiaxanthone with a substituted alkylenediamine at atmospheric pressure.
