摘要

Selective introduction of functional groups on the tert-carbon of adamantane was performed by substitution with fluorides. A methyl, phenacyl, aryl, cyclohexyl, alkoxy, or azido group was introduced into the adamantane skeleton without influencing the other functional groups present.
