Abstract Acid phosphatase, an enzyme that is able to catalyze the transfer of a phosphate group from cheap pyrophosphate to alcoholic substrates, was covalently immobilized on polymethacrylate beads with an epoxy linker (Immobeads-150 or Sepabeads EC-EP).
