摘要

The targeted synthesis of relatively nontoxic inducers of liver cytochrome P-450, exhibiting minimal side effects and suitable for use in clinical practice, is dictated by the necessity of correcting the activity of monooxygenase systems under pathological conditions, when there is a change in the pharmacological and toxic effects of drugs as a result of a disruption of processes of their biotransformation [i, 2, 5, 6].
