摘要

There are several purines of biological importance which contain primary amino groups. Among them are adenine, guanine and 2, G-diaminopurine. Adenine and guanine occur naturally in cell nuclei, whereas 2, G-diaminopurine is, curiously enough, incorporated into nucleic acid guanine better than guanine itself3 and has shown some anticancer activity. 4
