Solriamfetol (JZP-110) is a selective dopamine and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor with robust wake-promoting effects. Solriamfetol binds to dopamine and norepinephrine transporters, so it can inhibit reuptake of dopamine and norepinephrine.
