Biological Activity

[Description]:

Enniatin A is a Fusarium mycotoxin. Enniatin A inhibits acyl-CoA: cholesterol acyltransferase (ACAT) activity with an IC50 of 22 μM in an enzyme assay using rat liver microsomes[1].
