APC 366 (TFA) (5 mg/kg/0.1 ml; s.c.) reduces the eosinophil recruitment induced by PAR-2 activating peptide[1]. Animal Model: Male BALB/c mice (18–25 g)[1] Dosage: 5 mg/kg/0.1 ml Administration: S.c. Result: Reduced the eosinophil recruitment induced by PAR-2 activating peptide.
