BODIPY FL Verapamil hydrochloride (10 μM) can be incubated with removed tissue in phosphate buffered solution to demonstrate binding site[1]. BODIPY FL Verapamil hydrochloride (0-100 nM) inhibits ABCB1 and ABCC1 efflux with loxapine, mometasone, nicardipine, pimozide and verapamil with IC50 values of 1.6-15.6 nM[2].
