PLK1-IN-14f is a potent PLK1 inhibitor, exhibits potent activity against a panel cancer cell lines with GI50 values ranging from 0.30 to 0.60 uM; causes cell-cycle arrest at the G2/M phase and induced apoptosis by targeting CDC25C and Mcl-1 proteins in A2780 ovarian cells.
