Biological Activity

[Description]:

ML352 is a noncompetitive inhibitor of the presynaptic choline transporter (CHT) with Kivalues of 92 and 166 nM for HEK293 cells expressing human CHT and mouse forebrain synaptosomes, respectively[1].
