ROMK-IN-25 is a potent and selective ROMK channel (KCNJ1) inhibitor with IC50 of 72 nM; displays improved ROMK/hERG selectivity (866-fold over hERG), and improved pharmacokinetic profiles; does not evoke QTc prolongation in an in vivo cardiovascular dog model.
