FAK-IN-8 (0-10 µM; 48 h) inhibits MCF-7 and B16-F10 cells proliferation[1]. Cell Proliferation Assay[1] Cell Line: MCF-7 and B16-F10 cells Concentration: 0-10 µM Incubation Time: 48 h Result: Exhibited anti-proliferative activity against MCF-7 and B16-F10 cells with IC50 values of 3.57 and 3.52 µM, respectively.
