Pegylated synthetic human c-peptide (CBX129801) (s.c., 0.4, 1.33 or 4.0 mg/kg/wk, 39 weeks) 可以导致给药后注射部位组织中空泡化巨噬细胞的细胞质浸润和引流腋窝淋巴结，而不会导致全身巨噬细胞空泡化[1]。
