RT-PCR[1] Cell Line: THP-1 cells Concentration: 72 h Incubation Time: 0.1, 1 and 3 μM Result: Induced CDllb mRNA expression.

DHODH-IN-23 (Compound A; 30 mg/kg; oral; twice daily for 21 days) 在 MV411 小鼠异种移植模型中显示出抗肿瘤活性[1]。 Animal Model: MV411 mouse xenograft model[1] Dosage: 30 mg/kg Administration: Oral administration, twice daily for 21 days Result: Demonstrated significant anti-tumor activity both as a single agent and in combination with Cytarabine (HY-13605) at 20 mg/kg with tumor growth inhibitions of 37 and 73% respectively.
