Akt1&PKA-IN-1 is a potent dual Akt/PKA inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.03 , 0.11 μM, and 9.8 μM for PKAa, Akt, and CDK2, respectively. Akt1&PKA-IN-1 is selective for cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2)[1].
