Animal Model: MPTP mice model of Parkinson’s Disease[1] Dosage: 3 mg/kg Administration: Oral gavage; daily for 12 days Result: Significantly attenuated MPTP-induced glial cell activation, proinflammatory cytokine upregulation, inducible nitric oxide synthase, and NOX2 components (gp91phox).
