Biological Activity

[Description]:

19(S)-HETE is an arachidonic acid metabolite produced by cytochrome P450 enzymes. 19(S)-HETE is a full orthosteric agonist of the prostacyclin (IP) receptor with an EC50 value of 567 nM. 19(S)-HETE inhibits platelet activation and relaxation of vessels[1].

19(S)-HETE (1 μM; 15 min) 剂量依赖性诱导 cAMP 在 MEG-01 细胞中增加,EC50 值为 520 nM[1]。 19(S)-HETE (1 μM-1 M) 剂量依赖性地激活环前列腺素受体,EC50 值为 567 nM[1]。 19(S)-HETE (10 μM-1 M) 取代 3H-iloprost,在表达的环前列腺素受体的 COS-1 细胞,Ki 值为 660 nM[1]。 19(S)-HETE (3 μM) 可松弛动脉血管,抑制血小板活化[1]。
