Biological Activity
[Description]:
LCS-1.28 is a small molecule that inhibits growth of human lung adenocarcinoma cells harboring mutations in EGFR or KRAS with IC50 of 0.05-1.6 uM; superoxide dismutase 1 (SOD1) are the most likely target of LCS-1, LCS-1.28 inhibits SOD1 in a dose-dependent manner with IC50 of 0.95 uM.
