Biological Activity

[Description]:

EG00229 is a specific inhibitor of neuropilin-1 (NRP1)/VEGF-A interaction, inhibits the binding of biotinylated VEGFA to NRP1 with IC50 of 8 uM; also demonstrates to have functional effects on cell-migration and VEGF-R2 phosphorylation.
