氨基胍半硫酸盐制备

(1)由硫酸肼与石灰氮作用，再用硫酸中和成盐而得：先将硫酸肼悬浮于水中，在冷却搅拌下将石灰氮逐渐加入，控制温度在 20 ℃ 左右，反应8h，然后过滤，用水洗涤滤饼，抽干；滤液和洗液合并，在室温下用50%硫酸中和至pH=5，过滤除去硫酸钙，母液经减压浓缩、冷却，析出白色结晶，再经冰水洗涤、抽干而得收率约72%。（2）由甲基异硫脲硫酸盐与水合肼反应而得：将119ml42%的水合肼溶液用等体积水稀释，然后将其加入到 139g 甲基异硫脲硫酸盐的200ml水溶液中，温度为 10 ℃ 。使反应释放的甲基硫醇吸收于氢氧化钠溶液中。将反应液浓缩至200ml后，再加等体积的95%乙醇，即析出氨基胍硫酸盐，滤出结晶。母液浓缩还可得到部分结晶。将结晶于真空下干燥，即为成品。产率90%。
