乙醛(20 mg/kg;口服每天一次,持续 4.天) 在猪的毛囊炎中表现出抗感染活性[1]。 动物模型:2个月大的感染大肠杆菌的仔猪[1]剂量:20 mg/kg给药:口服。;每天一次,持续4天结果:65%的仔猪临床上已经康复,在治疗结束时,没有观察到任何动物腹泻。

阿西太松制备

1.3-氨基-4-羟基苯胂酸乙酰化而得。将3-氨基-4-羟基苯胂酸加入5%氢氧化钠溶液中,搅拌使全溶。调节pH至8,加热至30-35℃,在剧烈搅拌下加入乙酐,析出沉淀,继续搅拌1h,于55-60℃加入盐酸,析出结晶,过滤,水洗,得粗品乙酰胂胺。精制:将粗品溶于5%氢氧化钠溶液中,加活性炭,搅拌,过滤,在滤液中缓缓加入10%硫酸,使刚果红试纸呈蓝色,析出结晶。过滤,洗涤,得精制的乙酰胂胺。
