用途

GTPγS (tetralithium) 是一种 G 蛋白激活剂,可保护蛋白质免遭蛋白水解降解,以酪氨酸激酶依赖性方式刺激 GLUT4 易位,刺激磷脂酶并诱导肌动蛋白聚合。GTPγS (tetralithium) 和 G 蛋白 α 联合可以用来研究激酶活力。GTPγS (tetralithium) 可以作为裂解缓冲液的组成成分。
