酰基辅酶A合成酶用途

酰基辅酶A合成酶(ACS),即乙酰辅酶A合成酶,常用于生化研究。酰基辅酶A合成酶可以通过两步硫酯化反应催化辅酶A激活脂肪酸,产生酰基辅酶A,然后参与多种合成代谢和分解代谢脂质代谢途径,并参与有氧呼吸中的TCA循环[1]。
