磷酸葡萄糖异构酶用途

葡萄糖6-磷酸异构酶(GPI),即磷酸葡萄糖异构酶/磷酸葡萄糖异化酶(PGI)或磷酸己糖异构酶,通常用于生化研究。葡萄糖6-磷酸异构酶是一种高度保守的糖酵解和二聚酶。葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶催化葡萄糖-6-磷酸可逆异构化为果糖-6-磷酸[1]。
