在100mL圆底烧瓶中加入金刚烷13.6g(0.1mol)、液溴40g(0.25mol)、铁粉0.2g。装上回流冷凝管和尾气吸收装置,90℃水浴加热回流反应2h,反应结束后小心地加入NaHSO4溶液浸泡,粗产品用甲醇等重结晶,得产物16.2g,1,3-二溴代金刚烷含量为98.3%,产品熔点110~112℃,收率73.2%。
