(一)国际上HDI工业化生产方法——造盐光气化法1. 己二胺与二氧化碳或盐酸反应生成己二胺碳酸盐或盐酸盐,再经光化反应,然后经蒸馏除去溶液,经精馏得HDI。HDI与水和催化剂反应合成HDI缩二脲,然后经薄膜蒸发器蒸发,脱除残余HDI,加入溶纤剂配制成固含量75%的溶液,即得HDI缩二脲作为高档油漆用原料。每吨产品消耗已二胺(95%)约1280kg、光气4700kg。 2.利用己二酸副产物己二酸盐酸盐与光气在溶剂氯苯中反应生成六亚甲基-1,6-二异氰酸酯,再经蒸馏脱溶剂及减压分馏制得成品。 (二)直接光气化法 是指HDI与光气直接反应生成HDI的制备方法。反应分两步进行,第一步反应温度较低,第二步较高,故该法又称冷热两步反应法。 第一步,将HDA溶解在惰性溶剂中,保持温度20-80℃(通常为40℃),导入光气,进行低温反应,发生反应(1)与反应(2),生成二氨基甲酞氯和HDA的盐酸盐。若反应温度超过80℃由于(3)进行提较快,生成的HDI会与原料HDA起化学反应,生成脲,使收率降低。但若低于20℃,需要很大的冷冻设备,不利于工业化。低温反应中,HDA与光气按氨基与光气摩尔比为(0.5-1.0):1的速度比导入,能得到理想效果。 第二步,将第一步生成的反应液升温,并保持在130-190℃,继续导入光气,进行高温反应,发生二氨基甲方酞氯脱氯化氢的反应(3),生成HDI。低于120℃时,反应(3)速度慢,对工业生产不实用;但超过200℃,容易发生聚合,生成分子量较高的物质,使HDI收率低。反应(4)进行得较慢,若反应时充分搅拌且溶液量为HDA的3倍特别在6倍以上时,可忽略不计。200℃以上,还有反应(5),200℃以下,侧难发生。 待反应液变透明,反应结束。此后,用惰性气体,如氮气赶除末反应的光气和氯化氢。脱溶剂后,进行蒸馏精制,即得HDI 3.制法:

于装有搅拌器的反应瓶中,加入甲醇145mL,1,6-己二胺(2)116g(1.0mol),搅拌下控制30℃以下慢慢加入浓盐酸175mL(2.0mol)。将溶液慢慢倒入2L丙酮中,析出固体。冷却,抽滤,100mL丙酮洗涤,得1,6-己二胺盐酸盐170~187g,收率90%~99%,mp243~246℃(高于200℃时有升华)。彻底干燥。于装有搅拌器、温度计、通气导管的反应瓶中,加入上述盐酸盐94.5g(0.5mol),戊苯500mL或四氢萘500mL,剧烈搅拌下加热至180~185℃,通入无游离氯的光气,控制通入速度,约33g/h。生成的氯化氢和未反应的光气由冷凝器顶部排出并用碱水吸收。于180~185℃约通入光气8~15h(时间取决于通入光气的速度),直至不溶的盐酸盐消失。冷后过滤,减压分馏,首先回收溶剂,而后收集120~125℃/1.4kPa的馏分,得产物(1)70~80g,收率84%~95%。
