西沙必利
西沙必利用途
胃肠动力药,能加强并协调胃肠道运动,防止食物的滞留及反流,因而有止吐效果。还有强安定作用,可作为精神病的治疗。无多巴胺受体的阻断和直接刺激胆碱能受体的作用,因而无相应的副作用。用于胃轻瘫、胃-食道反流、上消化道不适、慢性便秘、假性肠梗阻等。
【用途二】
属苯甲酰胺类胃肠动力药。
