杂醇油用途

1.主要用作溶剂,用于制药、植物提取、彩印、胶粘剂生产中,也用作染料、颜料稀释剂。

2.杂醇油直接使用不多,常用乙酸酯化作涂料用溶剂和醋酸纤维素类合成树脂的制造。其128~132℃馏分经乙酸酯化后可用作涂料、硝基喷漆、清漆、樟脑等的溶剂和香料、赛璐珞的制造原料。另外,与二硫化碳反应所得的异戊基黄原酸钾盐或钠盐,可作有色金属的浮选剂。

杂醇油制备

1.杂醇油是发酵法生产酒精的副产品。由白氨酸、异白氨酸等蛋白质分解物经酵母作用生成。其中含有异戊醇45%,异丁醇10%,旋光性戊醇5%,丙醇1.2%。此外尚含有乙醇、水及少量的丁醇、戊醇、己醇、庚醇和微量的醛、酸、酯、吡啶、生物碱等。粗制杂醇油经化学处理和精馏后,含异戊醇85%,旋光性戊醇15%。

精制方法 为除去其中的水分,可加入40%的食盐搅拌,静置一夜,盐析脱水后分馏。所得杂醇油收率为85%。若要得到纯度高的戊醇组分,可加入浓氢氧化钠溶液,使pH值达8.0~8.2,分出醇后再蒸馏,收集129~132℃的馏分。
