三硫磷制备
以氯苯、五硫化二磷、甲醛、乙醇、氯磺酸为主要原料，经下述步骤生产得三硫磷原油。1.对氯苯磺酰氯的制备将氯磺酸加入反应锅，滴加氯苯，反应所得物料为对氯苯磺酰氯和氯磺酸、硫酸的混合物（磺化液）。2.对氯硫酚的制备反应锅中加入水，用蒸气预热到回流，再加入铁粉搅拌下滴加上述磺化液得对氯硫酚。3.对氯苯氯代甲硫醚的制备反应锅中，加入的浓盐酸在搅拌下加入甲醛滴加对氯硫酚的苯溶液得对氯苯氯代甲硫醚。4.硫化物钠盐的制备向五硫化二磷中滴加无水乙醇，将反应物，滴加到碳酸氢钠的水溶液中，得到硫化物钠盐水溶液。5.三硫磷的制备将上述硫化物钠盐水溶液加入反应锅，滴加对氯苯氯代甲硫醚。静置分层，取油层，用水洗涤，干燥即得三硫磷原油。
