将O,O-二乙基甲基膦酸与二溴乙烷反应,于80℃加热2h得BrCH2CH2P(O)(OC2H5)CH3,再与(C2H5O2C)2CNa(NHCOCH3)于85℃反应制得(C2H5O2C)2C(NHCOCH3)CH2CH2P(O)(OC2H5)CH3,后者与盐酸回流,所得化合物与28%氢氧化铵在60~70℃反应8h制得草铵膦。
此外,草铵膦合成还有高压催化合成法、低温定向合成法、采用斯特累克尔反应和密切尔加成法等。
