[体外研究]

Glufosinate铵(1-100μM;12DIV)破坏分化的V-SVZ神经干细胞(NSC)中的细胞-细胞粘附[2]。Glufosinate铵(1-100μM;12DIV)在100μM显著降低Celsr2基因表达[2]。草甘膦酸铵损害室管膜细胞合成纤毛的能力[2]。RT-PCR【2】细胞系:室管膜细胞浓度:1,3,10,100μM孵育时间:12DIV(NSCs至室管膜细胞时间点)结果:100μM时Celsr2基因表达明显降低。

[体内研究]

谷胱甘肽铵(10-250毫克/公斤;灌胃;每日;妊娠6~15天)表明在Wistar大鼠中给予50或250毫克/千克组的母体毒性〔3〕。在雄性和雌性大鼠的半衰期不到4小时的情况下,血液中的Glufosinate铵(经口插管)被清除[3]。

将O,O-二乙基甲基膦酸与二溴乙烷反应,于80℃加热2h得BrCH2CH2P(O)(OC2H5)CH3,再与(C2H5O2C)2CNa(NHCOCH3)于85℃反应制得(C2H5O2C)2C(NHCOCH3)CH2CH2P(O)(OC2H5)CH3,后者与盐酸回流,所得化合物与28%氢氧化铵在60~70℃反应8h制得草铵膦。
此外,草铵膦合成还有高压催化合成法、低温定向合成法、采用斯特累克尔反应和密切尔加成法等。
