胺菊酯制备

胺醇的合成将1，2，4，6-四氢化邻苯二甲酸杆和五氧化二磷混合在反应器中，反应温度200℃，反应结束减压蒸馏得3,4,5,6-四氢化邻苯二甲酸酐。然后将其与尿素反应，得3，4，5，6-四氢化邻苯二甲酰亚胺。将亚胺、37%甲醛溶液、1%氢氧化钠溶液混合，以二氯乙烷为溶剂，加热回流，冷却后分出有机层，水层用二氯乙烷萃取，萃取液登工有机层，并用水洗涤，减压蒸馏得粗胺醇。粗胺醇加甲苯溶解，冷却至室温使之结晶，过滤、干燥得结晶状胺醇。
菊酰氯的制备将菊酸乙酯、液碱、乙醇在加热条件下回流皂化，pH>9，常压蒸出乙醇，加适量水，使菊酸钠溶解，再滴加10%盐酸，边搅拌加酸化，至水层pH≤2，分出有机层，水层用甲苯萃取，合并有机层，再水洗一次，蒸出甲苯得粗菊酸。将菊酸、三氯化磷和甲苯于50℃反应4h，分出亚磷酸，有机层减压脱溶，得粗菊酰氯。进一步减压蒸馏，收集96～98℃/2kPa馏分，得精菊酰氯。
胺菊酯的合成加入胺醇、吡啶和甲苯，开动搅拌，微微加热，使胺醇全部溶解，冷却后，滴加菊酰氯甲苯溶液，滴毕于50～60℃反应2h。反应毕过滤，甲苯洗涤滤饼，合并滤液和洗涤液，用酸洗、碱洗、水洗至中性，减压脱溶，得胺菊酯原油，含量92%～93℃，收率92%以上。
