2-碘代丙烷制备

1.由异丙醇与碘及赤磷反应制得；也可由甘油与碘化氢蒸馏或由异丙基氯与碘化钾丙酮溶液一起加热回流等法制得。

2.制法：

于装有蒸馏装置的圆底烧瓶中，加入30g(0.5mol)异丙醇(2),450g（265mL）恒沸氢碘酸。油浴加热蒸馏，控制蒸出速度每秒1～2滴。约蒸出一半的液体时停止蒸馏。分出馏出液中的下层油状物，得粗品2-碘丙烷(1)70g。用等体积的浓盐酸洗涤，再依次用水、5%的碳酸钠、水洗涤，无水氯化钙干燥，蒸馏，收集87～89℃的馏分，得2-碘丙烷。
