甲磺隆制备

1. 2-氨基-4-甲基-6-甲氧基-1,3,5-三嗪的制备

异脲盐法将7.4g粗氰胺溶于100mL甲醇中，冷却，通入干燥的氯化氢，控制温度25℃以下。室温放置3天，除去甲醇，干燥后得犗甲基异脲盐酸盐。将7.5g粗氰胺及34.3mL原乙酸乙酯溶于35.2mL的醋酐中，加热至110℃时停止加热，如此反复，使大部分物质馏出。馏出温度上升至150℃止，共需1.5h。经后处理得N-氰基乙亚胺酯。

于42mL无水甲醇中加入1.15g金属钠，加入5.8gO-甲基异脲盐酸盐，振荡几分钟，过滤。滤液滴至由10mL甲醇和5.6gN-氰基乙亚胺酯的溶液中，于20～25℃搅拌反应2h，得2-氨基-4-甲基-6-甲氧基1,3,5-三嗪。
双氰胺法先合成犖氰基乙亚胺乙酯，然后与氰胺作用制得2-氨基-4-甲基-6-甲氧基1,3,5-三嗪。

二氰基甲脒盐法由氰胺单钠与犖氰基乙亚胺酯作用，于40℃，反应1h，制得N,N-二氰基甲脒钠盐，再通入干燥氯化氢，反应温度5～15℃，放置过夜并用氢氧化钠溶液处理，得2-氨基-4-甲基-6-甲氧基1,3,5-三嗪。

邻甲酸甲酯苯磺酰基异氰酸酯的制备将30g糖精与250mL甲醇混合后，于0℃以下通入氯化氢气体，反应毕蒸出过量甲醇。残留物加乙酸乙酯，过滤，蒸出乙酸乙酯，重结晶，得邻甲酸甲酯苯磺酰胺。
