依地芬用途

依地福新是一种合成烷基-赖氨磷脂,具有抗肿瘤活性。该化合物诱导多种癌细胞的凋亡。乙二胺嘧啶在细胞膜中积累,在细胞膜中改变脂质成分并诱导脂质筏和 Fas/CD95 死亡受体的共簇。
