[体外研究]

当POBN(20 mM)和甲酸钠(100 mM)在收集管中与胆汁在2,2′-联吡啶(DP)(5 mM)和氢琥珀酸二磺酸二钠(BC)(5 mM)的存在下混合时,只观察到少量的POBN自由基加合物残留信号[1]。

[体内研究]

急性甲酸钠(2g/kg)和POBN(1.5g/kg)腹腔注射后1h,在大鼠胆汁中检测到的自由基加合物的电子自旋共振(ESR)光谱[1]。动物模型：Fischer雄性大鼠(300-400g)[1]剂量：1.5g/kg(药代动力学分析)给药：同时腹腔注射。结果：急性甲酸钠中毒大鼠胆汁中检测到POBN自由基加合物的强六线ESR信号。
