溴甲酚绿钠用途

溴甲酚绿钠是一种阴离子染料。溴甲酚绿钠可用作pH指示剂和DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳。溴甲酚绿钠也用于哺乳动物白蛋白的测量。溴甲酚绿钠在较低pH值(酸性条件)下脱质子并产生黄色的单阴离子形式,在碱性条件下产生二安离子蓝[1]。
