反应器中加入51.0g2-甲基-1-戊醇，冷却至0℃，搅拌下滴入17ml三溴化磷，反应始终在氮气保护下进行。加毕后升温至60℃，反应3h，减压蒸馏，收集46~50℃(2.66kPa)馏分，将馏出液冷至0℃，用3×10mL冷浓硫酸洗涤，无水碳酸钾中和，干燥，再用五氧化二磷干燥。减压蒸馏，收集48~50℃(2.66KPa)馏分,得无色液体67.5g,收率81.8%。
