盐酸辛可卡因用途

【用途一】
用作局部麻醉药
【用途二】
该品属酰胺类麻醉药,临床应用的局麻药中,辛可卡因是作用最强、毒性最大、维持时间最长的一种。注射给药的麻醉强度是普鲁卡因的15倍,毒性也大15倍。起效较慢,约15min,但持续作用时间为普鲁卡因的3倍。局部刺激性小,穿透力较强。用于表面麻醉、浸润麻醉或硬脊膜外麻醉。
